There has been a surge of spring time animals around our house recently!

A week without sunshine was broken this morning with clear blue skies. The birds, frogs and plants all singing.
We have measured 60mm of rainfall. The falls have been very consistent so no flooding, just a thorough soaking of the earth.
We are experiencing a bit of a drought at the moment. We arrived home from our trip to Melbourne to find our header tank completely empty. Not a drop came out of the tap.
It is an amazing place here. It works beautifully. Today is orientation – I’m meeting people. Most of who have lived here for a while and flow with the essential domestic routine effortlessly.
